There are 2 fitness classes available in Kilbarchan Guide Centre:

Tone and Shape 

This class aims to improve your fitness and strength.

Tuesday 9.30 am - 10.30 am

Mature Movers         

This class aims to improve your balance and flexibility at a slower pace.

Tuesday 10.40 am - 11.40 am
